Tadoba Experience
Welcome to Tadoba Wildlife Resort at Pimpalkhot, Chandrapur, Maharashtra State. Tadoba is named after Taru, the village chief. Legend tells that Taru was killed in a mythological encounter with a tiger. “Tadoba” or “Taru” is worshipped by the tribes who live in the dense forests of the Tadoba and Andhari region, while “Andhari” refers to the Andhari river that meanders through the forest.
Tiger National Park formed the Tiger Reserve in the year 1995, becoming one of the largest national parks in Maharashtra. The destination is most popular for tiger safari and bird watching. We urge you to experience everything Tadoba Wildlife has to offer — exciting safari, activities, adventure, cuisine and warm services.
